writing this letter as a formal protest to the deck, floating dock and boat lift to be constructed on Kings
i Drive, Oak Island, SC. The application sent to me listed the owner as Russell Happ when in fact his r
issell Hupp. It listed the property as 6324 Kings Lynn and the correct address is 6328 Kings Lynn.

?009,regarding your concerns about the proposal by Russell Hupp to construct a docking facility at his property
ted at 6328 Kings Lynn Drive, in Oak Island,Brunswick County. The project consists of a fixed elevated,wood
leading to a 15' in length by 12' in width covered,fixed platform, a 25' in length by 8' in width floating dock an
in length by 12' in width boatlift.The proposed project has been determined to comply with the Rules of the Coa
)urces Commission(NCAC 07H.1200)and as such,a permit has been issued to authorize the development. I ha'
osed a copy of the permit,as well as the relevant statutes.
If you wish to contest our decision to issue this permit,you may file a request for a Third Party Hearing.The
rest for a hearing will be considered by the Chairman of the Coastal Resources Commission. The hearing request
