We grant permission for the use of our dredge spoil island located immediately
south of the confluence of Nixon Creek and the Intracoastal Waterway. This
project allows placement of approximately 1 barge load of sandy material from
Mr. Martin Gilmore's home, 121 Beach Road S., Wilmington, NC, on Figure 8
Island.
Mr. Tom Watters must supervise the placement of the excavated sand from the
dredging company.
