Dear Debbie,
Conforming to your request to have all necessary papers sent to you via mail, I have enclosed
agent authorization, drawing, and adjacent property owner statements. I have also enclosed a
check for 200.00 for the permit.
The drawing illustrates the finished construction of the boat lift and movement of the dock to
allow room for the 10 ft. setback. The only new construction is the boat lift. The dock and pier
are already existing and will be moved approx. 6 ft.
Please contact me with any questions or comments concerning the lift construction or
placement.Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. As always it is a pleasure to work with
