The 4'-4' irdwalk is not included in that 20' x 20' roofed area. It then appears that there is a ramp that slopes down to th sting dock (the left hand or westerly blob on the photo). The length between the gazebo piles and the floating c is again approx 15'. Thus horizontal ramp length is about 20', with ramp landing on the floating dock. opose for a repair exemption that we only add approximately 6' of length of wood deck to the end of the remai k. That will clean up the ratty edge and allow a secure mounting point for attaching a hinged ramp leading to tl ting dock. For the floating dock, per the Google Earth Photo and Harper Peterson's recollection, was an appro) x 20' floating dock. To keep within the 50%, we propose a new 26' x 10' wood floating dock. We could go slig filler, but based on the main goal of being a kayak expedition landing point, the 10' width has good stability. We Id have one made and floated in place within a week or 2. 1 believe what 1 am proposing will keep us within the wable scope for a repair exemption. property, known as Kim's Island is Brunswick County Tax Parcel # 2600000201, is owned by Bald Head Island ited, LLC with a purchase/deed date of 10/17/2002.
