Gary Greene Engineers, on behalf of Amerada Hess Corporation, requests approval from CAMA to
perform work for temporary support of a pile supported dolphin that was damaged from an
accidental berthing. The owner anticipates replacement of the damaged dolphin in the near future.
The proposed work is illustrated on the attached drawing.
We understand that this work will be exempt from required submittal of minor permitting and trust
that this correspondence is sufficient for the approval to proceed with the work. However, if you
