Please find attached three different drawings for a proposed boat lift to our existing pier
and dock located at 2813 Gangplank Ln Sw Supply, NC.
Drawing 1: Installing 4 pilings on left of existing dock on Rodney Clark,s property line.
Rodney Clark has already agreed to and signed the waiver for the 15'
Setback.
This will not affect the 15' setback on your property line. However it will
Require your permission by signing bottom of Drawing 1 and returning.
Drawing 2: Installing 4 pilings in front of existing dock.
This will not affect the 15' setback on your property line. However it will
require your permission by signing bottom of Drawing 2 and returning.
Drawing 3: Installing 4 pilings to the right of the existing pier. This will be located on
Chris W. Properties line and require your waiver of the 15' setback by
signing bottom of drawing 3 and initialing, Q do), in the middle
of the page.
I need your okay to complete this boat lift on my property. Please sign drawings in
which you have no objections to and send back.
