Existing wall and deadmen piles will remain and will be utilized. There are approximately (8) rods that are partially covered with shell / sand. We are proposing to temporarily remove the minimum amount of shell / sand required to access the existing tie back rod. A new rod will be installed and the shell and sand replaced to existing grade. If you need anything else, call me on my cell at 470-6610. Thank you, a ! C: 2010 Goople -- Image V.S.
