Additional depot wA be cfnanWd at $2o.0o per foot after the initial 50 feet Pier depths below 50 will be deducted by $15.00 per foot Pier averages and deductions will be cala.tiated on a per pier basis. In the event that a timber pile post needs to be spliced an additional charge of $400.00 per pier w-J be charged. We do not anticipate any other changes to the scope of work at this tine_ In illusiration of the possible cost of the job Is included below. For calculation purposes a base price of $1,675.00 per pier to include 59 of pier depth will be used. Piles at $2,9W.00 toWN $174,000.00 65 Piles at $1,675.00 totafng $108,875.00 Total Pile Coat of $282,875.00. This is an approximrbe costs based on about half of tit* piers going to a deeper layer.
