The scone of work will be as follows: 1. Remove a portion of the existing walkway that measures approximately 5' x 22'. 2. Remove the existing 10' x 16' fixed platform. 3. Install a new walkway with a turn in the walkway to accommodate a boat lift. 4. Install a new 14' x 14' covered platform. 5. Relocate the existing 10' x 20' floating dock based on new pier configuration. 6. Install a new boat lift on the eastern side of the fixed platform. 7.
