Background
The Town has received a request from Tommy Watte_rg of Coastal Earthworks, Inc.
to place approximately 100 C�ibic yards of sandv dredge Material from Z211 North
Lumina onto a Town owned spoil island. The spoil island in question Is located
northwest of the Public Works bulldirg at the intersection of the Intracoastal
Waterway and the water body known as Lollipop. Mr. Watters is applying for a
General CA,MA permit through the Division of Coastal Managerner,t.
According to the New Hanover County Base Map, the property Mr. Wafters is
requesting to use Is in fact owned by the T own of Wrightsville Beach,
