As per our conversation yesterday, I have attached the permit that Holly
wrote, along with a new drawing, both signatures and agent authorization,
for installing a new lift inside of an existing slip for Bill Branch at 114 Old
Camp Road. There is one authorization form I will fax in this afternoon
the gentleman is out of town, but is faxing as soon as he returns today. If
you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me on my cell at
