Custom Designs Marine Contracting, Inc. is pleased to submit this proposal to make modificatic
the existing dock. We propose to:
• Obtain NC Permit (we will handle everything for the permit)
• Remove 86 old girders that are approximately 4 feet in length.
• Install 86 new girders that are 2x l Ox6
• Drill holes for the girders
• Bolt up the girders
• Install 86 6x6x20 — 2.5 marine grade piles
• Plum, drill and bolt the girders to the piles with 4 %210 HDG carriage bolts with nuts and wa
Custom Designs will perform the above -specified scope in a workmanlike manner for the sum of
$11,050.00. A deposit payment of $300.00 will be due at contract signing for permitting, with the b
due in biweekly payments based upon progress toward project completion.
Custom Designs will begin this work upon receiving the permit from NCDENR. Work will take
approximately two weeks to complete.
Client is responsible for purchase and delivery of all materials. Material must be onsite prior to wor
being.
