On behalf of our clients, please find enclosed a proposed bulkhead submittal for 1306 Riverbend Drive
SW, within Brunswick County. The submittal package includes the following:
1. An executed NC DCM Agent Authorization Form authorizing East Coast Engineering &
Surveying, PC to act as agent;
2. Two copies of our design plan, on 11" by 17" sheet;
3. Two copies of our design plan, on 18" x 24" sheet;
4. Copies of the May 2, 2011 letters to Arthur M. & Gwen C. Rogers and Bruce A. Porter
Revocable Trust, notifying the adjacent riparian property owners of the proposed development;
5. Copies of the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Notifications to Rogers and Porter along with
copies of the green cards and certified mail receipts from the US Postal Service; and
6. Check # 153 in the amount of $400 to cover the required application fee.
