We would like to thank you for returning the adjacent property owner statement. After
receiving the form, we met with DCM officials. They advised for the gazebo location to be in
compliance, the gazebo would have to shift to the North side of the walkway. Attached is a
new Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement and attached drawing showing the new
gazebo location. Please review and if this is agreeable, please sign and return the enclosed
copy, or follow the No Response Needed Section of the statement. If you have any questions
