i happy to say the process should be quick and painless if you plan to only work on the walkway itself and would not
)lace the structural components of the gazebo. We have an exemption for beach elevated accessways 6' in width of

12, 2007, as well as all subsequent modifications and refinements, and copies of all documents shall be readi
available on site when a Division representative inspects the project for compliance.
All conditions and stipulations of the active permit, including all oceanfront setback requirements, remain in
force under this Minor Modification unless altered herein.
This Minor Modification does not eliminate the need to obtain any other required permits or approvals.
