Dear Ms. Bouffard,
As I discussed with you and Robb Mairs, I would like to use some excess sand
from a job at Figure Eight Island to partially reconstruct the dune at 13 Comber
Road that was eroded by Hurricane Irene. I have made a rough estimate of the
amount of sand available and sketched how we would use that sand on the
attached drawing.
