That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration to them in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained and sold and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said
Grantees, their heirs and assigns, all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in Stump Sound
Township, Onslow County, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows:
Lying and being on the southern side of a 60 ft. road and bepinninR at an iron stake in the
106 ft. to an iron stake; thence north 10 degrees 45 minutes east 194.22 feet to the beginning and
being Lot # 10 as shown on a sketch made by Jack P. Huddle, Engineer, on March 9, 1968, which
sketch is identified as a survey for H. U. Justice, Sr. located in Stump Sound Township, Onslow
County, North Carolina, and to which map or sketch reference is hereby made for a more
accurate description.
THE ATTORNEY PREPARING THIS INSTRUMENT HAS MADE NO RECORD
SEARCH OR TITLE EXAMINATION AS TO THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED
UNLESS THE SAME IS SHOWN BY HIS WRITTEN AND SIGNED CERTIFICATE.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and all privileges and
appurtenances thereto belonging to them the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns, in fee simple
forever.
And the said Grantors covenants that they are seized of said premises in fee simple and
have the right to convey the same in fee simple; that the same are free and clear from all
encumbrances; and that they will warrant and defend the said title to the same against the claims
