They have aximately $2,000 to spend on the dock extension which pays for roughly 12'. This was the extension we talked t with Jeremy a little while ago. Aher item proposed to be done is to replace an existing fixed dock with a floating dock. Jeremy from Shellfish ation conducted his walkthrough about a week and a half ago and I showed him this as well. As I told him, we dding any new wet slip, only making a situation better. That is, floating docks are much safer than fixed docks I'm concerned. We only have three fixed docks remaining at IWYC, this being one of them. The fixed dock ;ses two wet slips (in the middle), and the slip owners would like to use the existing pilings for the fixed dock in Ilation of the floating dock. i have any questions at all Robb please give me a call at 520-2796.
