co-trtfstees of the Trust under Article IV of the Will of Robert H. Hollis (herein, whether one or
more, called "GRANTORS"), and LINDA H. HOLLIS (herein, the "GRANTEE"). The mailing
address of the GRANTEE is 128 Hollis Lane, Wilmington, North Carolina 28409. The designation
GRANTORS and GRANTEE as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs, successors and
assigns, and shall include the singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required by the
context.

BEGINNING at a stone marked J. R. H. at the intersection of the dividing line of the J. R. Hollis
and E. W. Hollis tract of land with the eastern line (30.0 feet from its centerline) of the
Masonboro Loop Road, said intersection being located South 70 degrees 18 minutes East 30.12
feet from a railroad spike in the centerline of said Loop Road, said spike being located South 27
degrees 15 minutes West 1210 feet from the intersection of said Loop Road with the intersection
of the centerline of Mohican Trail as shown on a map of Tanglewood, Section 3, as recorded in
Map Book 7, at Page 56 of the New Hanover County Registry;trunning thence from said
begin
ning point and along the dividing line of the aforementioned; J. IL, Hollis, and E. W. Ho

running thence North 60 degrees 45 minutes West 217.3 feet to another iron pipe; running thence

thence with the aforementioned Charles W. Hollis and Robert H. Hollis dividing line North 70
degrees 30 minutes West 2,060.0 feet to an iron pipe in the eastern right of way line of the
aforementioned Masonboro Loop Road; running thence with said right of way line North 27
degrees 15 minutes East 168.1 feet to the point of beginning, containing 11.94 acres more or less
and being a portion of the aforementioned J. R. Hollis tract of land as recorded in Book 164 at
Page 303 of the New Hanover County Registry. And also being that same property described in
that deed from J. R. Hollis and wife, to Robert H. Hollis and wife, dated October 15, 1965, and
recorded October 22, 1965, in Book 777, Page 402, in the New Hanover County Registry.
