Please find an attached map depicting a 24' X 16' stage to be created out of wood pallets to be used for a festival located at the northern end of Freeman Park on May 13-14. The wooden pallets will be removed immediately after the event. I have notified the adjacent riparian owners by certified mail. I have attached the letters a!ong with the green receipts. As an Adjacent Property Owner in Freeman Park, we certainly do have an objection to a stage being constructed as indicated as it would be detrimental to our property and increase liability to the property owners. You are already collecting monies and allowing the destruction of the dunes and wildlife without our permission. We have contacted our attorney regarding this matter and, unfortunately, he is out of town. Upon his return we will be in further contact.
