Attached is a drawing of the proposed maintenance work at Eagle Point Golf Club.
Retention Pond 5ervice5, Inc. proposes to repair the existing outfall drainage system on
pond #5 using the following scope of work. Replace existing CMP Rjser with a concrete
box. Install 1 2" RCP from concrete box to outfall area. The outfall area will be cleaned
out and 5tab1l1zed with riprap. This scope of work does not include any new construction
or impact wetlands.
Again, this scope of work is a repair of the existing system. Please let me know if you
have any ciuestions.
