Per our email exchanges and phone calls please find my project description and request to have existing
CAMA General Permit 59188 renewed.
CAMA Permit #: 59188 issued on 6/6/2012 expired before I could have the project completed. I have
included an illustration of a small desired change to the plan previously approved and hope that
extension/renewal request will be considered without the full notification process that was required for
original permit request.
The nature of the change to the original dock, pier design:
- Honor all previous dimensions and constraints of the previous permit including; location, pier length,
floater length, SAV location etc.
- Remove the jetski float previously permitting. After considering my dock requirements and needs thi.
structure is not needed in my desired plan.
- Re -locate the lift to be adjacent to the Gazebo (see illustration) and move the Floater to the south of tb
structure to permit access to the boat lift from both Gazebo and floater.
- Remove the finger pier as permitted and use a 16' aluminum ramp from the pier to the floating dock.
These requested changes are illustrated below and in the attached drawing:
