In the Matter of an Application for a Waiver to expand a walkway by the addition of a floating
dock and a boat lift at 314 Sand Dune Lane, Holden Beach, NC.
The owners of the adjoining property at 316 Sand Dune Lane, by Robert A Valois, for himself
and Ruth S Valois, James Denton, and Marguerite Denton, do not waive the 15' setback
requirement.
An undated copy of the application of Ralph Sears was sent to the undersigned via email on
2/2/12 by Sammy Varnam, of Supply, NC and received on 2/3/12. The document is enclosed and
returned herewith.
