I, Tony Prebe owner of lot 49 in Cape Island give Edward Pinkham approval to build a dock on his lot
50 in Cape Island.
Looks good, can you tell me the builder and #; I have been thinking about a dock for quite
some time and will be heading back to the area this summer. Although mine will have to
extend a lot further out, did you shop around for a few estimates or go by a recommendation?
I also wonder if there may be cost savings for the both of us if I go ahead and have mine
done at the same time?

I own lot 50 next to your lot 49 Cape Island. I am wanting to build a dock on my lot and part of the
application process is to get the permission of the adjacent lot owners to build. If you could respond
to this email by giving me permission proceed I would greatly appreciate it.

Tony, Sorry should have included drawing. Drawing is attached and a picture of the view to the water
where I would like to build the dock. The dock would be the same as the many others in Cape Island.
I would be using the same builder as many other owners have used. CAMA is the ultimate decider
on where and size the dock will be. They will tell me what I can build. Thanks.
