The Contractor will inspect and inventory the lows and sliding doors purchased by the Owner. The Contract includes all costs for inventorying, storing, and filling Owner provided windows and sliding doors. 2) The roofing replacement work has been removed from this Contract. The current scope of work includes filling required flashings to the new roof. Contractor understands he is acting as General Contractor and agrees t( 'dinate trades and timeline with Baker Roofing. 4dditional General Conditions 1) Contractor shall submit a construction schedule and schedule of values to the engineer for approval withii (2) weeks of the notice to proceed. - The construction schedule will clearly identify all construction tasks with each task scheduled complel ending more than one (1) week. All major subcontractors must sign schedule. - The schedule of values will clearly show material costs for each billable item. 2) Contractor will attend weekly meetings onsite with the property manager to discuss issues, concerns and Rly work progress. Major subcontractors actively performing work on site will be required to attend. All contractors are required to attend the weekly meeting a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to beginning work on site. 3) Contractor shall submit to the property manager bi-weekly written progress reports reflecting work progre I pertains to the completion schedule. 4) Approved work days are Monday thru Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Extended work hours or work s must be approved by the Owner in writing a minimum of one (1) week prior to the requested date. Contactor shal work April 6, 7, or 8, 2012. 5) Weather delays must be requested in writing to the property manager at the 1st of each month.
