Dear Committee,
Currently we have a dock with a ten by ten foot end deck, but no way to access the water.
This has been in place for some time, but we did not own a boat so we had no use for a
floating dock at that time. Now we have bought a new boat and wish to install a floating
dock at this time. The dock is kind of high up, so I also would like to build a 2' wide by
ten foot long lower walk next to the end deck to get the gangway down lower to the water
so at low tides the ramp is not to steep for my wife to have to try and go down. We had
the option when we first installed the main dock to have a floater but we said we would
add that once we had a boat. I hope that you can see and agree with our concerns and
grant us permission to install our floater at this time.

I Dorothy Medlin being the owner of the Lees mobile home park do give permission for
Mr. Glenn Russo to add the requested dock additions to his lot.
It is also agreed that the tenant will adhere to all County and CAMA requirements.
