just looking at the drawing for this one and I have some questions before issuing....
is the depth of water at the end and/or outer edge of the fixed platform? -1.5' @ NLW in the center and --1.(

is the total size of the entire structure? Will it be a 10' x 40' platform with an additional 2' stepdown, or will it

waive the setback, you must initial the appropriate blank below.)
I do wish to waive the 15' setback requirement.
