158 Beach Road South and the owners of 154 Beach Road South, to have their section
of the beach restored via bulldozing after the recent storm.
Please let me know if you need any additional information concerning the restoration
via bulldozing.

Subj: beach bulldozing in front of your house
David Kellam asked that I send you this important information.
David met with regulators today and you may bulldoze the beach to push up a berm in front of
your house. David will act as your agent to pick up the permit, which can be done as early as
Monday. Please note that David is still optimistic that the County will conduct a Mason Inlet
maintenance project and nourish the south end of Figure 8 in early 2013.
It will be entirely your responsibility to contact the bulldozing contractor Dave Wells to discuss cost
and agree on dozing at your lot.
If you are interested, you must do the following
contact the owners of the 2 lots next to yours and have them email or fax a simple statement
that they do NOT object to bulldozing in front of your house.
