Yacht Dr. less, s is my latest in requests for a floating dock and boat lift in shallow water PNA. Dur site visit, which was close to the predicted low tide, the depth was approximately 18" landward side of the floating dock to the east of the property and approximately 2' o waterward side. The property owner would like a pier out to a fixed platform, leading n to a 10' by 10' floating dock to the west of the platform and a boat lift on the eas a. In fact, the floating dock would be the same one you can see on the dock to the eas ss the neighbor is getting rid of it. From the tide chart, it looks like the tide was licted to be 0.3' higher than average, which would mean normal water depths could be ser to 14" on the back and 18" on the waterward side where the float and lift would be ated.
