It turns out the property owner's boat is "too big" to put the lift directly next to the float- so they insi lift about 10' out from the float. When Tara and I went out as a follow-up compliance visit, a 10' x 5' float was filled between the lift and existing floating dock. Supposedly, this was "temporary", and put in just to see if it wi rk" and I've been told it has since been removed, but they would like to see if it could be reinstalled and appro% ermit mod. There was previously 0' of water here at normal low water on the landward side of where the float Id be installed and about -1' where the waterward side would be. What are your thoughts? , by any chance have you had a chance to look at the other email for the lift at 205 SW 15`h St? Let me know if y Id like photos or anything. I can take some this week...
