i, that owner was Mr. Claude Davis, which he did not have a docking facility. His property was located in a very
low cove at low tide adjacent to the bridge over Whiskey Creek. He did not have the ability to build out towarc
inel due to the % distance rule. We did authorize an access pier to a "step down" platform, with conditions tha
are authorized. The work has been completed. Mr. Hoff has an existing facility along the edge of the channel.

ek. The existing docking facility was authorized under a CAMA General Permit back in 2003 to a previous owne
ilina). There is less than -2' @ normal low water at this location, but his contractor states that he is okay with a
'nit condition to construct timber stops that will be located 18" above the substrate. The lift would be oriented
