This permit did not authorize any formalized boat slips due to insufficient water depths at low tide at this location within Whiskey Creek. Please be advised docking at this fixed platform creates a formalized slip which violates the conditions of General Permit No. 61529D. The relevant statutes and regulations are available from this office, and I am willing to assist you in complying with the requirements of these laws.
