Walkway is to be constructed with no handrails, %2" spacing between deck boards to allow sunlight to filter thru to marsh grass, and deck height to be set at approx. 3' above substrate in order to blend into the natural environment. 2. Construct 12' x 20' T-head at same elevevation as walkway with outer edge of T-head set 2' into Bradley Creek, remainder of T-head to lie above the natural spillway as seen on aerial photo. All proposed work is not to encroach or exceed the 15' riparian setbacks.
