His drawing, while not very detailed, implies that: -The 15 foot riparian setback is maintained -Any new structure added to existing dock does not protrude or extend southward in any way toward the Charleston Landing Community dock. -The floating dock and its ramp, to be moved as shown, northward, minimally six feet or more. Charleston Landing HOA must be contacted of any changes to the concept drawing or what it implies as stated above.
