This letter is to address the installation of a 14'L x 12' W, 10,000 lb. boat lift to be installed by
Carolina Marine Construction, Inc. We, at Pelican Landing, have no objections to this lift being
installed at Sea -Diamond Pier, slip B-2, subject to the limitations outlined in this easement gran
According to the drawings submitted by Carolina Marine Construction, Inc., the current pilings
will remain in place on the south side of slip B-2, extending 12 feet north toward Pelican
Landing.
Pelican Landing hereby grants the right of encroachment on our property up to three feet so lonj
as there remains at least a three foot distance between the outside line of the pilings on the north
side of slip B-2 of Sea -Diamond Pier as constructed and the south side of the dock and outside
line of the pilings on the south side of the slip A -I of Pelican Landing which means that nothinj
included in the easement area will be closer than three feet to any structure or piling at Pelican
Landing.
