This letter is in response to your correspondence received by the Division of Coastal Management on June 24, 2013 reg
concerns about the proposed development by your neighbor at Lot 15, Cleatwood Place, adjacent to Mill Creek, in Leland,
swick County. The project consists of the construction of a fixed platform and kayak launch. The proposed project has been
'mined to comply with the Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission (71-1.0209) and as such, a permit has been issued to
xize the development. I have enclosed a copy of the permit, as well as the relevant statutes.
If you wish to contest our decision to issue this permit, they may file a request for a Third Party Appeal. The Chairman of
;tal Resources Commission will consider each case and determine whether to grant your request to file for a Contested CasE
ing. The hearing request must be filed with the Director, Division of Coastal Management, in writing and must be received w
