a loan commitment. This includes but is not limited to; pay stubs, personal and/or business tar returns, bank statements. etc.
Purchaser also audtoriaes any and all lenders and any potential investor or insurer of this loan to disclose to Seller the status of the
Purchasers information and documentation requested to process and approve the loan. Purchaser agrees to promptly furnish Seller
written confirmation from the lender of having applied for the Loan. and if Purchaser fails to runtish Seller written confirmation fmm
the lender of having applied for the Loan, Seller may make demand for compliance, and if Purchaser does not furnish Seller written
confirmation from the lender of application within one (1) day alter such demand, then Seller may terminate this Agreement by
written notice to Purchaser at any time thereafter, provided Seller has not received written evidence of the application, and upon such
termination by Seller, all Farce st Money shall be forfeited to Seller as liquidated damages and as Seller's sale and exclusive remedy.
