Subject: Maintenance Proposal
Dear Tara MacPherson,
We, the home owners of Claude Murray subdivision, are seeking approval for a plan to
maintain the HOA common area located at 539 E Seaview Rd, Wilmington NC. This
proposal will include the access road leading from E Seaview Rd to the boat landing and
the landing area itself on the common property. All work will be preformed above the
normal high tide boundary. We have attached photos of the area in question along with
drawings where the work will be preformed. In this proposal we are asking permission to
use compactable sand/fill to repair the areas that have been damaged by erosion. We
propose to use approximately thirty-four (34) cu yards of fill to repair the road and
approximately sixty (60) cu yards to repair the landing area.
We also seek permission to continue maintaining the area as stated above as needed. This
area is very susceptible to erosion and extreme spring tides and will need continual
maintenance to keep it stable.
