We have been hired to remove approximately 100 cubic yards from the Bridge Tender Marina and approximately 420 cubic yards from Cord Grass Bay at Wrightsville Beach. We may try to use the island to the north of the lollipop for that project if it ends up being accessible. All the material is clean sand and will make good fill. As always, we will send you a check for the $3.00/cy deposit fee. If you have any questions, or would like to discuss further, please feel free to call me on my cell 910-470-6610. We osing to remove approximately 4' from the cross hatched section for a total of 89 cubic yards. Aquatic Safari dil docks their 2 vessels there and over the last few years the front slip has shoaled in. It is on the verge of being able if the fill material is not removed soon. We are proposing to remove the material with a long reach excav< ited on a barge with bin walls. The spoil will be placed on the barge and then hauled to Masonboro Inlet for )sal on a CAMA / Army Corp approved island. It will take approximately 2 days to complete the work and will it affect the Wrightsville Beach Bridge or the construction work being done on the bridge.
