The form was accompanied by a drawing dated 11-26-14. On December 1, 2014, my agent contacted Grice Construction as the drawing did not accurately identify the property owners such that I could not make an informed response. Mr. Brian Grice agreed that the drawing was inaccurate and he committed to fax a revised drawing to me which I received on December 3, 2014. 1 understand from Ms. Shawn Simpson of your office that you will consider my 10 day deadline to respond to the form to run from the date on which I received an accurate drawing.
