Statement for this project, to include a drawing of the proposal.
according to the North Carolina Division of Coastal Management we must provide this
inclosed form with proposed project drawing for your review. If you have no objections to the
ipgrade of the dock, please sign and initial. There is also a section for you to waive setback
and initial. We have included a stamped and addressed envelope for you to return the
