Porters Neck HOA will be repairing, for safety and maintenance purposes, the following on the fixed dock at the communit
Eagle Lane:
1. Replacing weathered, rotted and splintering floor boards, where needed
2. Shoring up the wobbly deck rails
3. Replacing weathered, rotted and splintering top rails, where needed
The foundation pilings and support structure is very stable and sound and does not need attention or repair. The repair and
upper walking portion could begin as soon as next Monday. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
