I have attached a zoomed in image ocation. The northern and southern piers and northern floating dock are located outside of the Corps' navigatii ack, so we have no issue with any work he does on those structures, as long as the work does not encroach inti ack area. The tip of the southern floating dock just barely crossing the setback line. He mentioned he wanted t( ire the floating docks on the landward sides of the docks. The Corps Navigation Branch has no issue with the )osed work. u have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
