Currently all four piles of the floating dock encroach into the federal navigation setbac roposing to reconstruct the floating dock and re -anchoring it with only 2 piles, both of which would be placed setback line. If Mr. Holden adheres to the proposed plan, then the Corps would not have any issue with the ne sting dock. did not discuss the size of the floating dock or orientation, so we assume its going to be similar to the existing icture.
