is contacted by Greg Holden regarding a floating dock replacement he is interested in constructing at 109 Sout
ire Drive, Holden Beach. Currently all four piles of the floating dock encroach into the federal navigation setbac
roposing to reconstruct the floating dock and re -anchoring it with only 2 piles, both of which would be placed
setback line. If Mr. Holden adheres to the proposed plan, then the Corps would not have any issue with the ne
sting dock.
