The one concern that the Association and its residents would like to voice is that they would like to be sure that the addition of said dock will not directly or indirectly (additional water craft tied to the dock) impede the flow or access of the channel to other water crafts traveling through. Don and Connie Jordan 130 Pecan Avenue Wilmington, NC 28403 910-200-4889 April 23, 2015 RE: CAMA permit for floating dock Dear Robb, We have enclosed the notice of adjacent landowner signed by Reid Larson, and we are waiting on the notice from the HOA for Osprey Point. I will forward that when we receive it or the receipt for the registered delivery of the letter. Please let us know if there is any additional paperwork to fill out.
