Hope you guys are doing well.
As you know I called you the other day and told you I wanted to expand
the width of the platform on my pier by 4 feet and install a roof w an
overhang of 12" on either side. I need the adjacent property owners
approval so I've attached the document for your approval and signature.
The document has diagram w the proposed change.
If every things ok please sign and I guess a scanned and emailed copy w
your signature is sufficient.
