On behalf of the property owner, we are requesting a permit to repair the dune along the
Jinx Creek Shoreline located at Lot 10 Palm Cove in Sunset Beach, Brunswick County,
NC. This work is requested in accordance with the Emergency General Permit that was
activated on October 8, 2015. The source of the material for the dune reconstruction is
beach compatible sand from the Wilson Pit.
