enclosed.
We are not requesting the 15' CAMA setback be waived and but if acceptable, please
check the area on the form and initial it. The Town of Ocean Isle Beach has a
mandatory minimum 10' setback to the property line for docks, even with the 15' CAMA
setback waiver.
