Chis letter with attachments is a follow up to our discussions and field visit December 3, 2014
;oncerning a general permit for Tony Chambers to construct a private dock and pier on his (Jacoey
.LC) property at 1510 Creek Walker Trail, Winnabow, NC 28479 in Brunswick County. After
adjusting the dock and pier plans based on our on -site discussion, as Mr. Chambers' agent on December
>' I sent notification and project drawings, USPS certified mail, to the Adjacent Riparian Property
)wners requesting their review and objection/no objection. Both landowners, Robert and Helen Hopler
and the property managers, Clay Jenkins and Tony Doster, for Red Mountain Timber Company,
ndicated to Mr. Chambers and I that they had no objection to the proposed project. I have attached the
)roject drawings, USPS receipts, and the adjacent landowners responses.

property at 1510 Creek Walker Trail, Winnabow, NC 28479 in Brunswick

thanks for the follow up Bob. Yeah the land there is so pretty, fair amount of elevation change for Brunswick county.
I am really enjoying the time I am there. I do always look over at your property and all is quiet save the occasional

have no problems with whatever you do.
Any effort you might expend to watch over our property is much appreciated, since
it's hard to see the land from where we sit. Just so nobody builds a house or
permanent road, for example. We did give permission to hunt the property in 2013,
and I assume the gentleman is still doing that.
Again, it looks like a nice project you have going.
