North 84 degrees East 367 feet from an iron stake which is a corner of S. M. James in the line of

in the North edge of the Road leading from the highway to the Sound, a corner of James and
Williams) from said beginning point runs thence Northwardly with the edge of Myrtle Grove

This letter is in response to your correspondence received by the N.C. Division of Coastal Manager
March 31, 2015 and April 2 2015, regarding your concerns about the proposed development by Mr. W
in c/o Mr. Charles Duncan at 300 Williams Road, adjacent to the Atlantic Intracoastal Watei
VW)/Myrtle Grove Sound, in New Hanover County, North Carolina. The project consists of the construe
private docking facility into Myrtle Grove Sound.
Based on site visits by staff with our office and review of the provided drawings/riparian survey by

ermined to comply with the current Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission (07H.1200)-Ger
nit for construction of piers, docks, and boat houses in the Estuarine Shoreline AEC, and as such, a pe
